We prefer that personnel be at least 14 years of age and accompanied by an adult if they are a minor.
The event is 1.5 hours long. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the event.
Lightweight clothing and closed toe shoes. You will be fitted for your multi-cam uniform at the event, which may be worn over your clothes. Uniforms are only included in the Hero package.
Yes, customers may bring their own Airsoft kit, but when transporting Airsoft weapons to and from the event, all weapons must be encased in either a gun case, or the original factory box. The case is not to be opened until an Adventure Combat Ops staff member is present to observe or inspect the gun. Adventure Combat Ops is not responsible for any damages or loss of personal equipment.
There will be a $20.00 change fee per ticket to reschedule. There are no refunds, but reservations may be rescheduled for up to one year.

Most definitely! The ladies have as much fun as the guys! As a matter of fact, many ladies have been the ones who purchased tickets for their date nights! Additionally, there is no better opportunity to create a blast of memories for Bachelorette Parties!!!

Though the events are not generally designed to include or demand physical exertion, some participants may experience such. There may be moments of short and sporadic running, the weight or fit of personal equipment, which would increase the physical exertion demands on certain individuals. Participants are encouraged to monitor their own well being at all times and communicate with their assigned Team Leader or a staff member if their physical disposition declines to a state of concern. Participants should be in good general health and may want to consult a physician before attendance if there is question.
The full event is indoors and is climate controlled.
The Apocalypse event is not designed to be scary. However, it is a fast-paced intense adventure. But fun intense!
Absolutely! We have an awesome Pro Shop and lounge that you will enter and exit through as well as our online/virtual Pro Shop.
Don’t worry, our Operative Team Leaders are very good and will ensure that you don’t! But…just in case you do…we have shallow graves reserved, far out in the desert…
No, we are not Airsoft. We do use Airsoft weapons for the added realism, but we have no affiliation.
Cameras of any sort are not allowed in the Apocalypse event or any other of our events. However, we have an Action Photographer at each event, which will be imbedded with the teams to take action photos for the entire duration. Photo stills and electronic photo packages (4MB ACO logo flash drive) are available for purchase afterwards in the Pro Shop.

No, and we have a special place for those people who elect to break this rule – it is out in the desert, right next to where we put the participants that get bitten by the zombies!
