OPERATIVE – SLEDGE

BACKGROUND – AIRBORNE RANGER

Operative “SLEDGE” was part of the elite and prestigious 2nd Ranger Battalion and currently competes as a Mixed Martial Arts fighter, making him double trouble for the undead threat.

Growing up in the inner city, Sledge always enjoyed the thrill of battle and competition. When 9/11 happened, Sledge initially enlisted and became an Airborne Infantryman until one day when he was able to observe the tact and precision displayed by the 75th Ranger Regiment.  Sledge fought for a selection spot to finally earn the prestigious tan beret and become a Ranger.  Sledge finished his military career kicking in doors, fast-roping out of black hawks, and raiding insurgent compounds with the most elite airborne infantry unit in the world.

After his tenure in Special Ops, Sledge moved to Las Vegas with one goal in mind – to win a gold strap and to become worthy of being called a world champion. It is this mixed bag of experience and confidence, between Special Ops and MMA, that delivered his recruitment to this paramilitary underground team.  Now he brings this diverse skillset of fighting in battling the undead, while America sleeps soundly and obliviously in their beds at night.
